I’m particularly passionate about helping young girls develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Too often, they’re influenced by unrealistic standards that lead to restriction, under-fueling, and unhealthy eating habits. My focus is on empowering them to eat more—not less—so they can properly fuel their bodies for exercise, feel strong, and perform at their best. I want to shift the mindset away from food guilt and toward nourishment, showing them that eating well isn’t about restriction but about giving their bodies what they need to thrive. Through education and support, I aim to help young girls build confidence in their food choices, trust their hunger, and embrace their bodies with appreciation rather than criticism.
