Hello, I'm Lily 👋🏼

A sports-focused Accredited Practicing Dietitian, aiming to cut through the noise and help you improve your relationship with food.

Founded on the belief that a healthy
mindset around nutrition is just as
important to wellbeing as physical health.

I strive to help people build a healthy, positive relationship with food and their bodies. So many of us are influenced by unrealistic messages that lead to under-eating, guilt around food, or feeling like we’re never doing “enough.”

My goal is to help people understand that eating well isn’t about eating less - it’s about fuelling your body so you can feel strong, energised and confident. I focus on shifting the mindset from restriction to nourishment, and from self-criticism to self-respect.

Through supportive education and practical guidance, I aim to help individuals trust their hunger, feel good about their food choices, and appreciate their bodies for everything they’re capable of.

Hi, I’m Lily - an Accredited Practising Dietitian who’s obsessed with all things food, and finding simple ways to make healthy eating feel easy and enjoyable. I’m especially passionate about sports nutrition and helping active people fuel properly so they can train harder, recover better, and feel their best. My style is really down-to-earth: no fads, no extremes, just practical advice and personalised plans that actually fit your lifestyle.

Qualification: Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honors)

Initial Consultation

In your first session, we’ll chat about your background, lifestyle, eating habits, and what you’re hoping to achieve.

From there, I’ll put together a personalised nutrition plan that fits around your goals and day-to-day routine. I’ll email it through to you after our consult so you can take your time looking over it.

Review Appointments

These follow-up sessions are all about keeping things moving in the right direction. We’ll tweak your plan if needed, talk through any challenges, and keep that motivation going strong as you work towards your goals.
